Why it works

Let the Work Sell Itself

Most landscaping work is won on photos and word of mouth. A good website does both jobs for you.

I'm Mark, a web designer and senior software engineer based in Leeds. Landscaping is won on photos and word of mouth, and the work happens outdoors, nowhere near a desk. I'd rather be outside too, whether that's a walk with the dog or hiking up through the rainforest on Mount Meru in Tanzania. A good website does the selling while you're out on a job: it shows the patios, lawns and gardens you're proud of, and turns the people who find them on Google into quote requests.

When Harrison Landscape & Garden Services came to me, they had no logo, no website and no online presence. I designed the brand, built the site and guided them through the domain and hosting. Later I redesigned it to feel like a garden journal, with classic serif headings, warm paper tones and photographs framed in garden arches, because a landscaper's site shouldn't look like everyone else's.

I design, write, build and host the whole site, and when you finish a job worth showing off, you send me the photos and I put it online. No agency in between, and nothing new for you to learn.

FAQ

Common Questions

How much does a website for a landscaping business cost?

With Austin Tech Solutions, every build is quoted for your business and agreed as a single fixed price before any work starts. You can pay for the build upfront or spread it monthly. Hosting, updates, off-site backups and support then run on a simple monthly fee. Across the UK, most small businesses pay between £500 and £6,000 depending on how much is custom built.

I don't have a logo or a website yet. Can you still help?

Yes. Harrison Landscape & Garden Services had no logo, no website and no online presence at all. I designed the brand first, then built the website around it, and guided them through the domain and hosting along the way.

Who adds new projects and photos once the site is live?

I do. The monthly plan includes up to 2 hours a month of changes and SEO work, so you can send over photos of a finished job and leave the rest to me.

Will my website show up on Google?

Local SEO is built in from the first page: a page for each service and each area you cover, and structured data Google can read. The Harrison Landscape & Garden Services site was appearing on Google soon after launch.

Do you only work with landscapers near Leeds?

No. I'm based in Leeds, and Harrison Landscape & Garden Services are in Northumberland. Everything can be handled by phone, email and video call, and I meet clients in person where it makes sense.
